After February 1st 2025, Allflex Australia will no longer provide in-house repair services for Allflex and Aleis eID tag readers. After this date, if an Allflex or Aleis tag reader requires repairs and the unit is no longer covered by an Allflex or Aleis product warranty, then please contact one of the following 3rd party repairs providers directly to enquire about options for repair services:

Applicable terms and conditions for repairs, as well as costs, will be as agreed with the selected respective 3rd party repairs provider above.

After February 1st 2025, the Allflex facility in Brisbane will not accept any tag readers for general repair services and return of any tag readers sent to our facility will need to be at the customer’s expense.

Despite the above, if the unit is covered by an Allflex or Aleis product warranty, or otherwise covered by a statutory guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, then please contact your local MSD Animal Health Sales Representative on 1-300 138 247 to discuss options so that Allflex can facilitate repair (through one of the 3rd party repairs service providers listed above) or replacement of the unit.
